Letasha Wilder

President & Co-Founder

A Journey of Faith, Service, Growth, & Purpose

Letasha Wilder was born in Panama City, Florida and raised in Vernon, Florida. In 2000, she returned to Panama City, where she began building a life centered on hard work, perseverance, and personal growth.

Throughout her early adulthood, Letasha worked various jobs and gained valuable life and professional experiences. At the age of 29, her life took a meaningful turn when she began a personal journey to know Yahshua. She describes this decision as the best decision she has ever made; a foundation that continues to shape her faith, values, and purpose.

For the past 18 years, Letasha has proudly served as a server with Red Lobster. Her long-standing career in the restaurant industry has strengthened her leadership, communication, customer-service, and people skills while teaching her the value of consistency, commitment, and serving others.

Alongside her restaurant career, Letasha expanded her professional knowledge by obtaining her license as a financial planner. This achievement reflects her commitment to financial education and her desire to help others become more informed and intentional about their financial futures.

On August 12, 2026, Letasha reached another professional milestone by earning her certification as a Certified Restaurant Supervisor. This accomplishment represents another step in her continued development as a leader and professional within the hospitality industry.

Letasha’s story is one of transformation, faith, perseverance, and purpose. From her Florida’s roots to more than a decade of service in the restaurant industry, from financial planning to professional leadership, she continues to embrace every opportunity to grow, serve, and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

A Journey of Growth, Perseverance, Education & Purpose

Laneka Walker was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and raised primarily in Panama City, Florida. Throughout her youth, she also had the opportunity to experience life in several different communities, spending portions of her middle school years in Jersey City, New Jersey and Troy, Alabama, as well as a brief period of high school in the Atlanta, Georgia area, where she attended North Clayton High School. These experiences exposed her to different environments and perspectives that helped shape her adaptability, resilience, and outlook on life.

Throughout adulthood, Laneka has continued to pursue personal and professional growth while developing skills across several different industries. Her journey has been one of determination, continuous learning, and a desire to create greater opportunities for herself while also helping others move forward in their own lives.

Laneka first expanded her professional skills by becoming a licensed cosmetologist. She later continued her professional development by earning her license as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, broadening her experience in business, customer service, communication, and entrepreneurship.

Her passion for learning eventually led her back to higher education. Laneka earned her Associate in Arts degree in May of 2025 and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Organizational Management with a Corporate Entrepreneurship option. Her education has strengthened her knowledge of leadership, organizational development, business operations, entrepreneurship, and the importance of creating sustainable opportunities within communities.

As Co-Founder and Secretary of Raydiant LifeWorks Initiative, Laneka brings together her personal experiences, professional background, education, and passion for service. She is especially committed to helping women recognize that their past does not have to determine their future and that, with the proper support, resources, education, and opportunities, meaningful change is possible.

Laneka’s journey reflects perseverance, growth, education, and purpose. From her roots in Pennsylvania and Florida to her professional accomplishments and continued pursuit of higher education, she remains committed to becoming a stronger leader, serving others, and using what she has learned throughout her life to help create pathways toward stability, independence, and new beginnings.

“My journey has taught me that growth is not defined by where you begin, but by your willingness to keep moving forward, continue learning, and use your experiences to help others rise”
